Treatments & Pricing

BCST is a gentle non invasive therapy and suitable for all ages from adults to new born infants.

It is good to keep in mind that BCST is not a quick fix and honours your body’s own pace & innate wisdom. In general at least 3 to 4 treatments are needed to receive benefits but this may differ per individual.

  • During your first, initial treatment we will have extra time reserved to talk about your health history, your current concerns and wellness goals and answer any questions. This information forms the foundation of your personalized treatment plan.

  • Your following treatments will be on a weekly basis in order to give your system time to integrate & process the treatment. We will assess and discuss your progress regularly and adjust your treatment plan if neccesary. If seen fit you will receive gentle somatic excercise instructions for home practise or other educational resources to support your healing process.
