Cancellation Policy

Things do not always turn out as expected and we understand that appointments sometimes need to be re-schedule or cancelled.

Because we value and respect your time as much as we do our own, we would like to share our cancellation policy with you below.

How to Reschedule or Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment, please call us on +61(0)447196774 or leave a text message or voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible to re-schedule an appointment.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hrs before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will assess per individual case if we charge the client 50% of the reserved services or not.

No fee will be charged if a new appointment is booked within 7 days of cancellation.

In the event of sudden illness and true, unavoidable emergency less then 24 hrs before the appointement, we will not charge a cancellation fee provided that the appointment is rescheduled within a certain period agreed by both parties.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your service, we will assess per individual case if it is possible for the appointement to go ahead or if rescheduling is needed.

In case of rescheduling we will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. In case of cancellation after late arrival and no rescheduling we remain the right to charge the client 50% of the reserved service.
